with O'Melveny & Meyers, LLP. Mr. Tu also worked for Pachulski, Stang, Ziel & Jones, P.C. and was a

October 2006. Mr. Tu specializes in corporate transactions, litigation and personal/corporate
bankruptcy. He also serves as general counsel for many small to medium-sized companies on
employment and corporate compliance Issues. Mr. Tu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
